If you came here hoping to see temples, dance, traditional clothing, and so on, sorry to disappoint you - but I've never been too excited about most of that. Rock bands, pool halls, booze, killer food and drinks, and hot babes . . . Now, that's the kind of culture I'm talking about!

I've tried to relate each page to language study as well; for example, there are lyrics with English translations for the songs, and the food and drink sections contain recipes, ingredients, and names in the target language, as well as English.

The pages included in this section so far are: my favorite songs, fighting styles, foods, and drinks. More may be added in the future.
